AAAAHHHH!!!!
i have just finished watching a world cup match, england versus paraguay to be precise, and i am mad.
well, actually i was looking forward to an unlikely win by paraguay because i am pretty much anti-england. however, the 1-0 win by england didn't really surprise me much. but, this win does not mean that england is good.
no way. why? the single goal scored throughout the entire game was an own goal. man, the paraguay captain needs to be sent for a course on how not to do stupid stuff under pressure.
david beckham kicked the ball and it was so not going to enter the goal! but that paraguay captain just needed to jump up and deflect the ball with his mighty thick skull! then WHAM the ball went into the goal.
i was surprised that after half-time, senor ruiz had apparently not hanged,drawn and quatered his captain. by the way, senor ruiz is the old dude that coaches the paraguayan team.
anyway, i bet that even though his team has won this match, ol' sven of england ain't mighty happy about his team's win. like duh. the goal was not scored by one of his players! it was by the opposing team!
so if the paraguayan captain did not score the goal, england will be getting one point instead of the three that they will be getting now. so damn lousy poks!
now, i want to rant about the referee too. he obviously loved his yellow cards in the first half that he flashed them three times! of which twice was entirely unnecessary.
1st time: steven gerrard.

he deserved this. (:
